2021 Ogden Pride Festival Vendor Info

Thank you for being a vendor at the Ogden Pride Festival! Putting Ogden Pride together is a huge collaborative effort, and it wouldn’t be possible without your help. Please review the important information below.

Event Time and Location

Arrival Time and Parking

  • Vendors located in the amphitheater: Arrive through Zone A, and please come between 8:30 am and 10:00 am, if possible. Go to the free public parking lot directly to the south of the amphitheater that is accessible via 27th street. (26th street is currently under construction, so this parking lot can only be accessed from 27th and Kiesel Avenue.)
  • Vendors located in the park: Arrive through Zone B, and please come between 9:30 am and 10:30 am, if possible. Use the on-street parking on Grant Avenue, which can only be accessed from 25th street because 26th street is under construction.
  • Food/drink vendors located at the front entrance: Park on 25th street.
  • If you cannot find a parking spot in your designated zone, please try the on-street parking in the surrounding area or the south parking lot. We kindly ask that you do not park on 25th street, so these spots are available to festival attendees and food vendors.
  • ADA-compliant parking spots will be in the parking lot directly to the south of the amphitheater and near the front north entrance.

Important Construction Information

26th street is currently under construction, and you cannot drive on it between Grant and Washington avenues. To access the south parking lot, there is a detour from 27th street, which allows you to access the parking lot via Kiesel Avenue. To access on-street parking on Grant Avenue, you will need to come from 25th street. Closer to the festival date, I will update this page on the current situation, so you know exactly what to expect and the best way to get to parking.

How to Find Your Vendor Location

Please find your specific space on the Vendor Map.

Vendor Information Booths

If you have any issues finding your vendor space or need any assistance, please visit a vendor information booth. There will be two vendor information booths between 8:30 am and 11:00 am. One will be located at the back south entrance, and the other will be at the front north entrance, which is also the Ogden Pride Information booth. If you need assistance between 11 am and 7 pm, go to the Ogden Pride Information booth at the front entrance.

This year, we have carts available for you to transport stuff to/from your booth. Inquire at a vendor information booth to see if one is available.

Electricity

Electric outlets are available in the amphitheater and in the park. Ogden City cannot guarantee that any specific outlet is in working order due to flooding and misuse, so they recommend that you bring a 100-foot extension cord. Please note that these outlets are only 10 amps; therefore, please try to avoid overloading them.

Bathrooms

Bathrooms are located on both sides of the main stage inside the amphitheater.

We are an inclusive organization and do not police our festival attendees in their needs for public accommodations no matter their identity. Please respect everyone at the festival.

Important Vendor Rules

  • Booths must be staffed and operating at all times during the entire length of festival hours (11 pm – 7 pm).
  • Vendors provide their own canopies, tables, and chairs.
  • All canopies or tents must be secured down with weights. Ogden City does not allow spikes or stakes. You are permitted to use sandbags or another type of weight.
  • Booths may not be shared. There can only be one booth per organization unless written permission has been given by Ogden Pride.
  • No smoking or vaping is permitted within the festival grounds, which includes the amphitheater and park area to the west.
  • Vendors must comply with all instructions from Ogden Pride agents, security personnel, and festival staff.

There is a chance of rain and thunderstorms on Sunday, so we will be monitoring the weather and taking necessary precautions during the festival. Just a reminder that you are required to secure your canopies with some type of weight. Ogden City does not permit stakes or spikes.
