I understand and agree that submitting this application does not automatically register me as an Ogden Pride volunteer, and that there may be certain qualifications I must meet, including the acceptance of established volunteer policies and procedures before I may begin volunteering.

As an Ogden Pride volunteer, you agree to the following:

  • Ogden Pride reserves the right to do a criminal background check on all volunteers. Anyone who does not pass a background check will not be allowed to volunteer. Any information gathered during a background check will remain confidential.
  • If you have any accessibility issues, please tell the volunteer coordinator, so we can accommodate you.
  • Absolutely no consuming of illegal drugs or alcoholic beverages 4 HOURS before volunteering.

By signing this, I do hereby indemnify and hold harmless Ogden Pride, Inc., its employees, volunteers or agents from any liability for accidents, injuries or illness that may occur during my volunteer time with Ogden Pride.
